Designation Sales Manager

Desired Profile

A Graduate/PG in any discipline.

A total of 1-15 years of experience in any sales.

Age above 24 years.

The candidate should have knowledge of Local language and strong in Inter Personal relationships

Aptitude for sales and Achievement orientation

Ability to motivate people and team driving capability

Good networking skills to drive and generate the leads and recruit influential advisors

Remuneration

Fixed pay depending on years of experience plus attractive incentives

Job Role

Recruitment of financial advisors to create a team. Help and direct the team in the effective sales of financial products, i.e. savings, investment and retirement solutions.

Benefits

Fixed Salary + incentives. Performance assessment every 6 months. Promotion, increase in fixed salary and other benefits associated with every assessment.

Other benefits include quarterly contests, foreign trips etc.
